About the owners
We can’t wait to welcome you into our restaurant.
Stop by and say hello.

Keith
Keith grew up in Hartsdale, where the rhythm of a close-knit neighborhood shaped his early years. Later, he spent a decade in Yonkers, attending Fordham Prep—years that helped define his discipline, friendships, and sense of direction.
Eventually, life led him to Cortlandt Manor, where he built something more permanent: a home, a family, and a future. Now married with two kids, his days revolve around the kind of moments that matter most—family dinners, school mornings, and weekends filled with activity. His youngest attends Putnam Valley Elementary, another thread connecting the family to the wider community.
That sense of connection extends beyond his home life. He owns an audio-video company, a business rooted not just in technology, but in bringing people together. It’s part of the reason he believes so strongly in shared experiences—like gathering to watch sports, whether it’s local games or major matchups.
To him, it’s more than entertainment. It’s community. It’s why he talks about having 24 TVs—not as excess, but as a way to bring people into the same space, to cheer together, to share moments. Because in his world, connection is everything, and the stronger the connection, the stronger the community becomes.
Darren
A native of Jamaica, Darren spent most of his life growing up in the Bronx, where he developed a deep connection to community and service. Driven by a strong sense of duty, he joined the United States Navy shortly after high school, dedicating nine years to serving his country.
Following his time in the military, Darren felt called to return home and give back to the city that helped shape him. In 2014, he was sworn in as a New York City Firefighter. Through hard work and commitment, he rose through the ranks and now proudly serves as a Lieutenant in Special Operations Command—an elite unit made up of some of the department’s most highly trained members.
Beyond his professional achievements, Darren is a devoted family man. He is supported by his loving wife, Jenneate, and their son, Darren Junior (DJ), who continue to inspire his dedication both on and off duty.
Joe
Son of an immigrant parent, Joe was raised in lower Westchester with his brother and sister. He went to Manhattan College shortly before becoming an electrician.
Shortly after he joined the New York City fire department, where he served for 23 years working in an upper Manhattan ladder company before transferring and serving his last 13 years in the Special Operation Command in lower Manhattan. Eventually being injured and forced to end his career.
Married for over 20 years to his loving wife Kara he has two children, Paige and Joseph who as a family look forward to dedicating time to the community and the restaurant.
